Where do you deliver to?

Pickup available from Penrith NSW. Local delivery available within 55kms of Penrith. For any other locations around Australia, please send us an email to organise shipping at info@roguepropdesign.com

How are the props painted?

We only use Dulux paint. Each item is Primed and Professional sprayed to perfection.

How long does it take to get made?

All props are made to order, Props that are on our website have a 2-3 week turnaround time. If you are getting something custom designed, please allow some additional time to work with our design team.

Can I pick up my prop?

Absolutely! We offer free pick up from Penrith, NSW.

Can I hire these props?

Can I design my own prop?

We love creating new props! Please send us an email with what you're after and our design team can create that for you! Email - info@roguepropdesign.com

How long does delivery take?

We have a local delivery radius of 55 km and allows us to deliver straight away once prop has been built. If you are out of this radius please send us an email to organise shipping at info@roguepropdesign.com

Do I need to weigh down the backdrops?

We recommend using a weight on the base of the backdrop to prevent any falling over. This is required if adding additional weight to the top of the backdrop such as flowers. Please keep in mind the weather when setting up.

Will my props be protected at pickup / delivery?

Yes they will be! All items will be individually wrapped with cardboard and bubble wrap.
